I don’t think anything about it since I haven’t heard about it and you didn’t provide a link. I heard on the news today that it’s the 50th anniversary of the Xerox machine, but nothing about a pending lawsuit. Since Google can’t sue Yahoo or the reverse over search engines, I can’t imagine what Xerox thinks they have.
